Welcome to my Wildlife garden where I hope you will find inspiration to set a little time and space aside for the things that really bring a garden to life. I live in the Rossendale Valley, Lancashire where since 2001 I have been creating a haven for wildlife. As you browse the pages you will find what has visited this sub urban garden along with ideas on how you can really make a difference to nature with just a few lifestyle choices. It really has brought a fantastic new dimension to the garden, so much so that I think I am a little obsessed as I try to attract more and more species of Butterfly,Bird,Mammal and Amphibian to the garden.

I have been a member of the Rossendale Ornithologists' Club since 2002 and also take part in several surveys for The  British Trust for Ornithology Garden Birdwatch & Birdtrack are just two which I take part in. Mandy and I are also members of the Guerrilla Gardeners and have already "vandalniced" a few local spots where I add a little extra something.
