Just taken a quick look at your website, it's lovely (recommended by 'someone' on a music website!). I love birds too. We especially love seeing them in Scotland where we go every May, but our back garden is fine too! A robin made my day just this morning - it was like he wanted to talk! Stay strong. I will look in now and again to see what visitors you've had to your garden.

Hi Steve, I've had a good trawl thro your 2009 Goa report, very impressive. I will be returning there myself in just a few short weeks and have emailed one of your recommended guides.
Best of luck with the health problems.

Hi Steve,

I have just stumbled across your website and would like to congratulate you on a fantastic and very detailed trip report to Goa in 2009. We were last there in 1999 and we leave for the Marinha Dourada on Saturday, as well as 4 days at Backwoods again! I was just wanting to check if things had changed much and check up a few of the bird sites etc and your report provided this and much more.

We are down in Norfolk and well travelled so if I can ever be of assistance - please let me know.

Thanks Chris Mills Norfolk Birding

Hi Steve,
Just had a browse at your website, it's as long as mine! Love your diary, it reflects your friendly personality and your passion. I will visit more often to read and take note of the photos, maybe there might be a good bird image that I wish to paint in future.

Keep up the good work.

Regards,

Mrs Chan

Someone you may know has introduced me to the wonderful world of Ornithology ... if it's good enough for Southside Johnny, it's good enough for me!

Your site is excellent - as are the T-shirts. Thank you!

Hi
I recently bought a Nikon P5100 on eBay, with the intention of using it for digiscoping and was looking for advice about basic settings on the Net, when I came across your website. There are lots of product reviews and digiscoping forums, but little advice for a beginner, so your introductory page was just what I wanted, so many thanks for that.
All I need now, is to find the appropriate bracket (at an affordable price!) to link the camera up with my Swarovski ATS 80HD angled scope with 20-60x zoom. I am wondering about the DA-1 on sale for £99 at In Focus but would prefer the more expensive Swarovski DCB-A, which is pretty expensive.

Hi Steve, You have a great site and I will check it out more thorough when at home. I am currently for the next couple of days in Warton (Carnforth) and can only load up with my laptop so things are a bit slow. It looks great and I will have a good read later. Wanted to inform you that I go to Goa every year in January and book again for next.. Its birding brilliant, everywhere you go and though a lot are similar there are so many exotic etc. We will have to have a good talk on this one because I think I can help you if you want. Furthermore I have loads of birders reports which I can send to you if you want, just let me know.

Bye for now, touch base soon.

Bryan.

Hello
I had seen in the digiscope forum that you had your custom made adapter for sale.
I was wondering if you still had it or if you'd want to make another one?
Please email me back either way, I'm in the states.

Thank you

Chad

I am a complete stranger, I met a member of rossendale bird club while walking in a local beauty spot and he suggested I pay your website a visit. Your website is a treasure that I'll be returning to, I especially like the images of the long-eared owls, I have been observing them too. Thanks

Hi
Just a line to say hello and hope that you both enjoyed the rest of your holiday. Thanks for letting me look through your telescope when we met you in the Boquer Valley last week. A first for me. I guess you have some brilliant photos and I will definitely revisit your site to see them. Hope the sun burn was ok! By the way we did not see any Birds of Prey on our way back. Never mind.
Regards

Nanette and Tony
